Staff Sergeant Tyrone Clakely is in the Military Motion Media course at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.



Staff Sergeant Clakely Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) is a 25V, Combat Documentation/Production Specialist. For his MOS he attended school in NAS Pensacola, Fl in 1998 His first assignment was with 5th Special Forces Group (A) out of Fort Campbell, KY. He was stationed at Walter Reed Medical Center in 2003-2005 working in the WRMC TV-Section. Staff Sergeant Clakely documented the Soldiers who were injured from Iraq and Afghanistan. Staff Sergeant Clakely did two tours to Hohenfels, Germany. At the Joint Multinational Readiness Center Reading (JMRC) as a Viper documenting US Soldier and Coalition Forces in 2000-2003 and 2005-2008. In 2008 he was assigned to 55th Combat Camera at Fort Meade Maryland as a Squad Leader for Red Platoon. Staff Sergeant Clakely.



Staff Sergeant Clakely’s hometown is White Settlement Texas. He is a big Texas Longhorn Fan. When the weather is right, you can see him riding Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.
